I'm a content strategist who's most competitive with myself.

I am a marketing and digital communications professional with 3-4 years of experience in corporate and agency environments. With a background in internal communication from Delta Air Lines, copywriting from Atlanta Magazine and Atlanta Parent Magazine, and social media management experience, I strive to deliver recognizable and engaging content. Collaboration and critical thinking are part of my ability to navigate the best communication solutions to connect with audiences.

While obtaining my master’s degree at Agnes Scott College, I focused my digital communication studies on new and emerging marketing strategies to grow and maintain corporate branding. This includes research into influencer marketing, competitive and sentiment analysis, and managing projects and campaigns.

I enjoy working hands-on the operation and seeing the effectiveness of a digital campaign and how we can improve. Constantly learning from data and team members. Being part of a strong, diverse team that works together to collaborate and provide a variety of perspectives is important.

Marketing Coordinator, Global Employee Recognition

  • Created training and strategy campaigns that complied with brand guidelines for leaders about increasing employee relations cross-divisional and enterprise-wide    

  • Co-managed vendor relations to effectively increase positive employee relations and net promoter scores; this effort supported Delta’s Human Resource division in winning Best HR Practices Supporting All Employees in the Workplace Award 2019 from the Global Business Travel Association

  • Supported project management efforts with improving leaders’ behaviors and actions by bringing a new vendor into the company; this includes event planning and training workshops aimed at frontline leaders and corporate managers.

  • Launched new SkyHub (Workplace) group for Global Employee Recognition that is aimed to educate leaders and drive Delta’s mission and goals of the 4 Essential Behaviors, Rules of the Road, and Core Values with our only internal two-way communication channel

  • Educated internal stakeholders on best practices on how to build teams that are built on trust, appreciation, collaboration to decrease the burnout effect and increase innovative thinking
